Descriptionmonday.com is looking for a Sales Manager on our Commercial Mid-Market Account Management team to help us drive our success forward!About The RoleAs the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing our account management team by providing expert level sales knowledge and coaching while also pushing for process improvement and strategically leading the team to exceed goals. Come join our team so together we can impact how teams work across the globe!Requirements2+ years of sales management experience2+ years of sales experience as a B2B account manager (quota carrying)Experience selling a suite of SaaS products to Executive level/practitioner stakeholdersProven track record renewing customers on multi-year agreementsStrong handle coaching AMs on account prioritization, self-sourcing qualified pipeline, and mitigating risk across portfolio and pipelineSuccess implementing, and measuring, an outbound motion to identify whitespace across customer portfolioComfortable operating in a high-velocity/volume Sales environment. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
