Contract Specialist Legal (Gaming)

Responsibilities:
- Performs a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contracts administration for a department or a division, primarily related to a structured business process.
- Complete special projects as assigned. Review business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tools in conjunction with the contract stakeholders and /or after negotiated agreements are concluded.
- Draft agreements, kick-off projects with production, and manage relationships.
- Data entry into contract database. Responsible for contributing to process improvements, documenting best practices and maintaining key tools for the team.
- Organize workflow to effectively monitor documentation submitted through multiple departments.
- Coordinate contract reviews through meeting, conference calls and email.
- Serve as a point of contact to educate user community in the Contract Management & Compliance Process.
- Other duties as assigned.
TOP REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum 2+ years experience with SharePoint
2. Minimum 2+ years experience with Contracts
3. Minimum 2+ years experience with PMing
+ Minimum 2+ years experience with worked with legal
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.33 to $47.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
