As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's growth by identifying, engaging, and selecting talent that aligns with our values, contributes to our culture, and drives the success of our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, execute recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000.

Primary Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, role responsibilities, and candidate profiles to design effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Write inclusive and compelling job postings that resonate with a diverse range of candidates, reflecting our organizational culture, and effectively convey role responsibilities and qualifications.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, cultural fit, and potential contributions to the organization.
- Provide interviewers with guidance and training on effective interviewing techniques.
- Promote the company's values, culture, and career growth opportunities to prospective candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and information throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and talent market conditions to provide valuable insights for recruitment strategies.
- Participate actively in industry associations and events to establish and nurture relationships with potential talent.
- Participate in recruitment events, including career days, job fairs, and college recruiting initiatives as needed.
- Adhere to internal company recruitment processes and policies, upholding consistency, and in alignment with EEO legislation and regional compliance requirements.
- Lend expertise and contribute to process improvement projects and Talent Acquisition initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, human resources or a related role.
- 3+ years of global recruitment experience, including sourcing and hiring talent across multiple countries
- Familiarity with recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate evaluation methods.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance during recruitment processes.
- Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and utilizing behavioral interview techniques.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR technology tools.
- Ability to assess cultural fit and align candidates with the organization's values and goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Workday Recruit.
- Proficiency in employer branding strategies and utilizing social media platforms for recruitment.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to foster connections within the industry.
- Previous involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives and the ability to attract diverse talent.
