Additionally, this role will partner with regional sales, commercial marketing and clinical affairs to pull in insights to build out our future innovation roadmap.This position is part of the Marketing Product Management team located in Sacramento, CA and will be on-site. If you thrive in a dynamic, multifaceted role and want to work to build a world-class product marketing organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Develop and execute a customer centric product line roadmap for consumables product lineAccountable for revenue, margin, quality, cost, adoption strategies, and product life-cycle managementDrive competitive intelligence and Voice of Customer research to craft effective market positioning, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies that enhance differentiation and drive growth.Refine user needs and design inputs to ensure products are competitive and function as intended according to standards set by Beckman Coulter and external governing bodies.Drive adoption and implementation of effective daily management tools and standard work in all Marketing functions and activities, using Danaher Business System tools and benchmarking best practices in Danaher and external companies.The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree in Life Science, Engineering, or Business, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience.Multiple cycles of new product launch or market development practices in medical device, pharmaceutical, or IVD industries, including development of the marketing plan, value propositions, claims matrix, persona map, pricing, and commercialization action planMaintains a strong grasp of the healthcare landscape, regulatory, reimbursement, and patient pathways across multiple disease statesAbility to travel up to 15% of time (domestic and internationally)It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience in Microbiology (Clinical Diagnostics and Clinical Microbiology)Experience working in a Healthcare regulated Product Development and Sales environment, e.g., FDA, IVDThe salary range for this role is $132,000 - $170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
