Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.ResponsibilitiesSome of your responsibilities:Lead, design & develop the frameworks to model out our plan by specific go-to-market motionPartner with finance, marketing, product to align on forecasts, assumptions & methodology.Leverage data to surface leading indicators & deep insights that will enable teams to revise strategies & tactics in a timely matterConduct executive analyses and strategic planning (e.g. QBRs, senior leadership presentations, pipeline & bookings analysis, OKR management)QualificationsSkills and requirements:5+ years of experience in business strategy, finance, analytics, consulting, data analysisStrong experience with modeling (Google Sheets & Excel), you can work with & build models to forecast out business motionsAbility to structure complex, ambiguous problems, derive insights from data, and articulate clearly with diverse teams up to the senior leadership levelGood with data management & SQL, you can not only pull data together, but can blend multiple data sourcesProactive engagement with the management team to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute a quarterly sales strategy planStrong presentation skills and ability to influence varying org functions at varying levels of seniority throughout the org; basically you can execute as well as recommend.CompensationAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:Zone A: $149,000 - $198,700Zone B: $134,100 - $178,800Zone C: $123,700 - $164,900This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.Please visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
