UMass Memorial Medical Group and the Department of Orthopedics and Physical Rehabilitation at UMass Memorial Medical Center seeks a BC/BE Physiatrist to join our team. We welcome and support physician caregivers from all Academic Ranks to apply and join us in our relentless pursuit of healing.
Join the Division of Physiatry that offers a broad range of physiatry services to the Central Massachusetts region as part of the Department of Orthopedics and Physical Rehabilitation. With a long-standing history of excellence in clinical care and in orthopedic training for residents, fellows, and medical students, you will not find a larger, more comprehensive group of orthopedic subspecialists.
This position includes the following responsibilities:
- Inpatient physiatry consults at the Level 1 trauma center on the University Campus.
- Clinical services as part of a team providing care at Fairlawn Rehabilitation Hospital in Worcester, MA, an acute rehabilitation hospital affiliated with UMass Memorial Health and part of Encompass Health.
Must be BE/BC in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and eligible for a full Massachusetts State Medical License.

The Department of Orthopedics and Physical Rehabilitation, together with the Division of Rheumatology, forms the UMass Chan Medical School/UMass Memorial Health Musculoskeletal Center of Excellence.
