Pacific Landscape Management is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to work closely directing three landscape maintenance crews of three employees to provide year-round Landscape Maintenance to 50 - 60 customers from commercial, high-end residential, and HOA properties. Responsibilities include:
- Responsively and proactively address our client’s landscaping needs.
- Train and enforce safety practices to protect our employees.
- Keep our clients' grass the greenest and plants the healthiest and as beautiful as possible.
- Efficiently run and manage 50 - 60 maintenance routes to ensure profitability.
- Train and develop PLM maintenance crew members to increase their knowledge.
- Collaborate with other PLM Maintenance Account managers to ensure we are all doing our best work.
- Track and analyze data on contract performances to ensure efficiency and bid accuracy.
- Take care of and respect the company’s property (vehicles, equipment, and worksites). Treat them like they're yours.
Candidates should have:
- Demonstrated Landscape Account Management experience. Post secondary education degrees or certification in landscaping/ornamental horticulture are beneficial.
- Common PNW plant knowledge, disease and pest identification, and pruning/planting techniques.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and landscape account management priorities.
- A WA State pesticide license or obtain one within 90 days of hire.
- A WA State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. We will conduct a background check.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual English & Spanish a plus.
- Proficiency using laptop computers and the Office 365 applications suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exposure to or working knowledge of the Aspire workflow management system software is a plus.
