My client is a general contractor in the St. Louis area working on healthcare and higher education. They encourage a stable and casual work culture with a competitive and challenging work environment. Being in Business for almost 50 years, they are an established, tight knit community with a majority of their work coming from repeat clients. Projects range from $500K-$10M+. They are also involved in philanthropic work in the area, and are looking for a qualified individual to fill a project engineer role.





Description

  • Meet with clients regularly from initial bid stage all the way through completion
  • Join meetings and provide project updates based on the scopes you're overseeing
  • Work with the field crew to assess necessary scheduling, material, and budgetary updates
  • Work alongside PMs
  • Collect and assist with reviewing change orders
  • Keep organized and up to date on the project
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on site

Profile

  • 1+ years of experience working for a general contractor
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Hands on construction experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to advance within the organization

Job Offer

  • Base salary between $70,000 - $85,000 dependent upon experience level
