Opportunity to improve the clinic and serve the community. There are 45 Providers in the group 30 Physicians and 15 APP s. 6 are Family Medicine with OB and a part time APP. There is a strong need for GYN due to the patient population. Deliver 120 babies / year and 15% are C-section Do not currently do high risk OB, they are transferred to Seattle - that could change No NICU here Supervise APP's Family Planning education needed Post-menopausal education needed A team based and collaborative environment.
