The group consists of almost 30 physicians offering a built-in patient base and opportunity to ramp-up fairly quickly. Hospital based position 460-bed multispecialty Level II Trauma Center Operating, Labor and Delivery and GI rooms etc 100% inpatient 4 call shifts per month (12 hour shifts) For a full-time position: Three 12 hour shifts during weekdays One 8 hour shift per weekend Compensation package includes salary guarantee (based on FMV guidelines), relocation package, full health/dental/vision benefits package, 401K, deferred compensation plan, CME allowance Income is based on productivity (wRVU model) after the guarantee period
