Radiation Oncology Physics
The Cleveland Clinic Florida Cancer Institute is currently seeking a highly skilled, qualified, self-motivated radiation oncology physicist to join the team at the Maroone Cancer Center at Cleveland Clinic Florida Weston location. The successful candidate must hold a Masters or a PHD in Medical Physics and be board certified or in the process of certification. Strong clinical experience in external beam therapy including treatment planning and high and low dose rate brachytherapy is a must. Experience with SRS/SBRT is a plus. The candidate will be working with three Physicians, two other physicists, and two dosimetrists.
The Maroone Cancer Center, ACR accredited, offers innovative technology includes Varian Edge Radiosurgery Suite, Varian TrueBeam Radiotherapy System, Siemens Somatom Definition AS CT simulator, Elekta HDR brachytherapy system, MIMSoftware solutions, SDX respiratory gating, Optical Surface Monitoring System (OSMS), MOSAIQ and EPIC EMRs, and Pinnacle and Eclipse TPS. QA equipment and software include Sun Nuclear 1D and 3D scanners, SunNuclear SunCheck, PTW Octavious, Nano Invivo Dosimetry, variety of ion chambers and diodes, electrometers, Solid Water and Anthropomorphic phantoms.
