We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our organization.

Position Highlights –
- We are seeking an experienced APP to work at Baystate Franklin Medical Center, our 89-bed acute care community hospital located in Greenfield, MA.
- Responsibilities include rounding, admitting, cross-covering and strong multi-disciplinary collaboration.
- APPs work closely with our physician hospitalists and APP educators to provide evidence-based clinical care to a diverse patient population. Practice autonomously while benefitting from strong physician support.
- Dedicated APP leadership will support your ongoing professional development. Our competency-based orientation will equip you for a successful career in hospital medicine. Opportunity to develop as an educator working with APP students and new grads. Involvement in clinical research and QI opportunities is also available for those interested.
- 12-hour shifts from 1pm – 1am, 3 on 4 off schedule, 1:3 rotational Saturdays.
Qualifications: Board certified ACNPs, AGACNPs or PAs with at least 2 years of inpatient advanced practice experience.
