Hospital:
Physicians will take 2 nd Call, the midwives are on 1 st call.

Office Details:

3 physicians and 3 midwifes on staff.
Monday- Friday from 8:30AM-5:00PM.

Productivity Bonus: Any visit over 300 in a month s time will award the MD an extra $15 per visit.

Quality Bonus : We have Quality Indicators and based on the number of indicators met Physician will be eligible for a bonus up to $5,000 every 6 months

Compensation:
Based on experience. $325,000 - $350,000
Relocation Package based on location. $10,000 - $15,000
