OTOLARYNGOLOGY GRANTS PASS OREGON We are seeking a BC/BE Otolaryngology Surgeon to join our ENT group in beautiful Grants Pass, Oregon. Join our team of 2 ENT surgeons,2 PA's, and an excellent support staff! Highlights Include: - Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $425,000- Year 2: The higher of the guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation.- Year 3: $/wRVU based compensation plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation- $50,000 signing bonus- $15,000 relocation assistance- $7,000 annual CME allowance- Excellent health, dental, vision & retirement benefits- 30 days of authorized time off per year No Visa candidates considered Contact
