Outpatient psychiatry services include psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy. Inpatient call is shared among several providers on a 24 acute care beds and 8 med psych bed unit.

Practice Details:

• Primarily outpatient position; cover inpatient unit when on call
• Team includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and nurse practitioners
• Treat 15 -18 patients per day
• Telepsychiatry for regional locations
• Call requirements:
  • Every 4 th or 5 th weekend
  • Holiday rotation (1 summer and 1 winter holiday each year)
  • Weekday evening call, one night each week 6pm 8am
• Expected inpatient volumes
  • 8-12 for weekday coverage
  • 12-16 for weekend coverage
