Locations: Augusta, GADuration: September 2024 - July 2025Schedule: 2 weeks/month, 7a-7a (weeks don't have to be consecutive)Shift: Clinic - Mon through Thu 1p-5p, Fri 8a-noonHospital Inpatient VAD Rounds/Heart Failure Consults - Mon through Thur 8a-noon, Fri 1p-5pCall: 24 hour VAD call for 7 consecutive days, Mon-SunPatient volume:Clinic - 10 patients per half dayHospital - 2 consults per half dayCall - 1 VAD admission/weekScope: VAD and Advanced Heart Failure Program coverage. Clinic, Inpatient, and call.
