About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in financial management, particularly in the context of higher education or non-profit sectors. Applicants must have a master's degree in finance, accounting, or business, with a preference for a CPA certification, and at least 10 years' of progressive leadership experience. Key competencies include the ability to work with diverse stakeholders, a management style that balances accountability with delegation, and a successful track record in transformational leadership.
