The Leidos National Security Sector currently has openings for a Intelligence Analysts at Joint Base Langley Eustis (JBLE) VA. This position is part of a large Military Intelligence Program supporting the USAF Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission and Analytical Exploitation Teams (AETs).

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Applicants will monitor and track near-peer adversary and non-state actor activities using multiple ISR domains and coordinate their findings DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) stakeholders.
  • Analyze and assess intelligence data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns; produce long- and short-term analyses for Air Operation Center (AOC) mission planning; foreign military capability and defense issue assessment
  • Respond to requests for information (RFI).
  • Utilize intelligence analysis tools and techniques to identify and assess threats; Maintain situational awareness on assigned Analytic Line of Effort (ALOE);
  • Provide Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs) recommendations and guidance on intelligence collection and analysis processes and best practices;
  • Develop / implement Quality Assurance activities in compliance with tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs).
  • Ensure timely product dissemination; develop and manage ISR platform collection requirements and strategies; and advise senior leaders on all source analysis production issues and offer recommendations when the need arises.
  • Work collaboratively with other analysts to share information, discuss emerging trends, and develop tactical and strategic intelligence products and strategies.
  • Applicants will apply varied analytical techniques to resolve multi-faceted analytical problem sets and provide quality assurance of junior analysts .

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and 6 years of experience, or an Associate Degree and 10 years of experience. Additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Completion certificate from a commercial, military, or US government all-source analysis training course or experience earned through a specialized intelligence career field (all-source analysis, full-motion video, FMV, GEOINT, HUMINT, IMINT , SIGINT, etc.).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and in teams to provide comprehensive intelligence products and support to operational units, Joint Commands, and IC components is essential.
  • Knowledge of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) is desired.
  • A current TS/SCI security clearance is required.

Pay Range: Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
