RMC is hiring a Microsoft System Administrator to support our customer at NSWC Carderock, in Bethesda, MD. The selected applicant will support the site's RDT&E network and be expected to provide administration support for servers and workstations running Microsoft Windows. In addition, the applicant will support Virtualization and Storage infrastructures, application services hosting/management, and server hardware installation/removal.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $110,000 to $150,000 (annually).

Requirements
- An active DoD TOP SECRET clearance is required to start. The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- At least three (3) years of experience administering Microsoft Active Directory, plus demonstrated experience in all aspects of hardware and software pertaining to Microsoft server products including Public Key Infrastructure, Active Directory, and System Center. Expertise in any of the following is highly desired: Active Directory Domain Services and Group Policy; VMware enterprise virtualization products; Storage and backup; Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Must possess at least one of the following Operating System (Microsoft) certifications/trainings: Windows Server 2012; Windows Server 2016; Windows Server 2022; Windows 10; Windows 11. All other trainings listed must be completed within 6 months of start date and thereafter obtain the most current advanced level trainings.
- Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
- Must possess an IAT II 8140.03 baseline certification (one from the following list):
- CompTIA Security+ Certificate
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Security Certificate
- CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA) Certificate
- GIAC Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) Certificate
- GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) Certificate
- ISC2 Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Certificate
- EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND) Certificate
