Job Summary
The Project Manager, Campaigns & Special Projects is responsible for the overall day-to-day internal and external communications, calendars, services and deliverables, and processes for our brand and special projects. This person will be a team player and liaison, working across all departments and senior management to accomplish marketing objectives with efficiency. They will manage all scheduling for the Marketing Leaders (MLC): Chief Brand Officer, Chief Creative Officer and Head of Integrated Marketing. They will have exposure to senior-level team members and agencies, build strong, lasting relationships, and support dynamic branding and 360 campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Own and support unique marketing initiatives from inception to completion, such as brand awareness, partnerships, international, and digital special projects such as website redesign, new tech initiatives, immersive experiences, etc.
- Serve as a day-to-day contact for cross-functional teams and build trusting relationships
- Support internal teams to ensure understanding and alignment of objectives and strategy, budget, and agreed-upon scope
- Create project schedules, achieve deadlines, ensure accuracy of deliverables, and fulfill scope of work
- Liase with all external agency PMs and internal stakeholders to schedule meetings, manage total calendars, and send updated feedback/send internal assets
- Manage multiple campaigns and projects across multiple brands at various stages of a project lifecycle
- Develop relationships with diverse external creative and production partners
- Streamline and optimize processes to unify the team members and eliminate inefficient steps in current processes
- Partner with Experience Marketing, MLC and external agencies on all seasonal brand drops, Leadership team events and company-wide off site events; and/or duties as requested
- Help coordinate travel, purchase orders for MLC leaders
- Attend agency events/ shoots as needed for general product support and coordination needs
Requirements:
- Ability and willingness to work with teams in multiple time zones (CA office connection)
- Superior organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to adjust to work in a fast-paced environment and make prioritization judgments against current resources and budget while keeping bigger-picture business goals in mind
- Complete understanding of creative process and production process to build schedule from inception to project completion
- Comfortable managing and influencing cross-functional teams such as brand marketing, ecommerce marketing, social media, art directors, designers and copywriters, effectively communicating the business and creative objectives of projects
- Experience working on large scale events/activations in a day-to-day driver position
- BA or BFA preferred
- 3-5 years of account management, creative operations, and/or marketing project management experience
- Agency experience a plus
- Knowledge of computer programs including Wrike Project Management System, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Canto Digital Asset Management System
$60 - $65 an hour
