As the Commercial Manager on our Remediation team, you will lead Supply Chain and Commercial programs, policies, processes, and teams. You will have the opportunity to support project and operations leaders in commercial activities and contract administration, ensuring effective management and interpretation of various contracts.

What you can expect to do here:
- You will lead Supply Chain programs, policies, processes, and team.
- You will lead Commercial programs, policies, processes, and team.
- You will support project/operations leaders in commercial activity.
- You will support project/operations leaders in contract administration - both client-facing and subcontractor/supplier-facing.
- You will be accountable for understanding, managing, and interpreting various contracts.
- You will support the negotiation and execution of new opportunities and contracts.
- You will support the approval process for new opportunities and contracts. You will support financial, project, and operations reporting.
- You will coordinate with business unit support groups (accounting, project controls, project management, quality, etc.).
- You will coordinate with wider company groups (legal, supply chain, commercial, executive groups).
- You will create and maintain positive client relationships.
What you'll bring to WSP:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in EPC/EPCM project execution, with 5+ years of experience in commercial aspects of project execution.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of contracts, project security mechanisms, dispute resolution, legal aspects of contracting, etc.
- Knowledge of project controls, including critical path method scheduling and budgetary control systems.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of project management.
- Ability to manage, coach, and lead mid-sized teams.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Eligible for CNL Reliability Status security clearance (individual must have 3 full years of verifiable current history in Canada, USA, UK, New Zealand and/or Australia).
