The Vice President, CX Digital collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and oversee the execution of strategic social media and digital initiatives. This includes campaign development, influencer engagement, content creation, and measuring initiative effectiveness.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in social and digital realms with notable brands, stays abreast of emerging trends in digital and social media, and understands cultural shifts influenced by digital channels. Client-facing responsibilities encompass strategic program planning, managing business-aligned activities, delegating projects effectively, offering strategic counsel to team members, and optimizing agency resources within client schedules and budgets. We seek a collaborative leader who thrives on team-driven innovation, solving client challenges in evolving social media landscapes and practices.

Social Media Strategy Development:

Craft and execute comprehensive social media strategies for branded product channels.

Design and manage large-scale influencer marketing programs.

Serve as a senior day-to-day digital client contact for critical clients, building and nurturing relationships. Support the management and optimization of a team to execute digital and social efforts effectively.

Integrated Media Planning:

Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to build integrated digital media plans.

Ensure alignment and synergy between branded and unbranded programs.

Collaborate with agency partners (e.g., media, branding) to develop and implement integrated program execution.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the planning, development, and execution of social media campaigns.

Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve strategic objectives.

Develop and track against client scopes of work.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze digital campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights.

Work with the analytics team to provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Market Trends and Innovation:

Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Innovate and implement new digital tools and strategies to enhance client digital/social presence.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Partner with Cx to lead cross-functional teams in developing, implementing, and measuring innovative digital brand strategies aligned with client marketing objectives.

Creative and Strategic Thinking:

Demonstrate strong conceptual thinking with high energy and excellent "story-telling" skills through writing creative briefs and verbal presentations.

Become educated in the client's brand, customer base, business model, and marketing objectives to ensure strategic alignment.

NYC Salary range: $145,000 - $180,000

Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
