About the role:

We are seeking an Associate Director of Creative Strategy with a solid foundation in creative and social media strategy to contribute to our dynamic team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Creative Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing innovative creator-first strategies for our new business pitches, as well as our key clients.
Here's what you'll do day-to-day:
  • Drive the development of pitch decks and manage project timelines in collaboration with Director of Creative Strategy to address client business challenges through creative, creator-led story concepts
  • Lead the development of internal presentations and client-facing strategic frameworks for workshops
  • Creation of compelling, creator-led creative and social strategies based on actionable insights
  • Offer significant creative and strategic input to key new business opportunities, working closely with the Director of Creative Strategy to identify opportunities for upselling creative strategies and developing new capabilities
  • Unpack client briefs, identify strategic objectives, and drive the necessary steps to achieve them
  • Generate original, insight-driven strategic ideas to inspire and lead creative thinking within the team
  • Collaborate in the development of community and creator strategies in partnership with Research & Insight and Creator Strategy teams
  • Participate in and lead creator briefings to ensure alignment with strategic objectives
  • Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions internally and externally
  • Utilize campaign outcomes to refine future strategies and ideas
  • Stay updated on emerging social media trends, technologies, and platforms, strategically integrating them into projects and thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Paid Media, Measurement & Analytics, Creato Strategy, and Client Services to deliver comprehensive client solutions and ensure creative strategies are effectively executed
Here's what we're looking for:
  • Must have direct experience developing creator campaigns/in the creator economy
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in creative, social media, or content strategy
  • Fluency in social media platforms and their unique dynamics, including extensive knowledge of user behaviors and platform best practices
  • Meticulous, culturally rooted creative thinker and practitioner with an eye for upcoming trends
  • Detail oriented and strong project management skills
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable transforming sets of data into actionable insights
  • Passion and experience in the creator economy and ecosystem and its evolving landscape
  • Experienced at pitching, and confident when presenting to clients and team members
  • You thrive in an environment where collaboration, flexibility and scrappiness are valued

The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
