As a Senior Submarine Warfare Advisor, you'll bring your leadership, consulting, tactical, and technical expertise to work alongside thought leaders in analytics on projects for the undersea warfare enterprise. You'll use your skills and expertise as you assess, analyze, and plan for undersea warfare support to the fleet.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Submarine commissioned officer, including Submarine Squadron, Immediate Superior in Charge (ISIC), or Type Commander tour
  • Experience as a Commanding Officer of a U.S. submarine
  • Experience with operational planning (OPLAN) and Operational Availability (Ao) for submarines within the Pacific Area of Responsibility (AOR)
  • Knowledge of submarine mission planning and mine warfare planning
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Submarine Warfare Officer Certification


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with Submarine Force training systems and delivery
  • Experience with submarine deployment and mission readiness requirements
  • Experience with IT integration, software development, or risk management framework (RMF)
  • Knowledge of Submarine Maintenance planning and standards
  • Knowledge of Submarine unmanned systems and Seabed Warfare (SSW)
  • Knowledge of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
