Joining the Formats team means exploring new forms of multimedia experiences in unique locations and participating in the creation of innovative entertainment models that are deployed worldwide. You will be involved in creating diverse immersive experiences, such as the magical "Lumina" forests, "Aura" experiences, and more! Your team transforms sites into unique, multi-year experiences, thereby transforming the lives of visitors. Together, you will create iconic destinations that, in addition to attracting visitors and enhancing the experience of places, will generate media attention and economic benefits.
YOUR MISSION
As a Line Producer, you are responsible for developing and defining the project's strategy, including its planning, organization, and oversight from conception to operation. You represent the project and manage client relationships, serving as the liaison between the client and the production team. You are accountable for the delivery of each project phase according to planned criteria, within budget and on schedule. Furthermore, you will identify and minimize key risks, provide clear guidance and recommendations to the team. With strong leadership, exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, you ensure a continuous presence throughout the project and act as a positive influencer.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and manage projects seamlessly from concept to delivery;Lead, monitor, and oversee project activities through rigorous tracking of deliverables by various stakeholders (internal experts, subcontractors, and suppliers);
- Contribute to defining client requests and understanding their needs;
- Communicate effectively with clients to maintain clear and stable business relationships;
- Develop detailed project budgets and timelines;
- Manage tools and processes to track project revenue and expenses, ensuring strict adherence to production budgets;
- Prepare and communicate project progress reports;
- Manage tools and processes related to production deadlines, ensuring accurate identification of the project's critical path;
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all project components, ensuring quality control, comprehending creative and technical requirements, and production pipelines;
- Identify internal and external resources required for project completion;
- Guide talent by planning their assignments and roles, negotiating agreements with external freelancers, maintaining a healthy continuous learning environment to develop their performance, and ensuring adherence to a clear communication plan within the team;
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the project;
- Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with the team to ensure delivery on time and within budget;
- Produce all required documentation for all project phases;
- Manage, in collaboration with the existing team, copyright and intellectual property issues during content development and production stages;
- Supervise project coordinators;
- Oversee, in collaboration with the procurement team, agreements with suppliers for each project;
- Ensure that Moment Factory policies are consistently followed, especially those pertaining to employee travel;
- Oversee project closure tasks, including file archiving, gathering graphic elements for our internal visual database, and collecting any information needed by the communications department;
- Produce final documents and reports relevant to project closure;
- Organize and manage retrospectives for each project.
YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES
- Bachelor's degree in Management and/or in one of the following fields: Design, Scenography, Architecture, Multimedia Environment, or an equivalent Project Management qualification;
- PMP certification, significant asset;
- Minimum of 8 years of project management experience;
- Experience working in multidisciplinary and artistic environments (e.g., multimedia, audiovisual production, event management), significant asset;
- Comprehensive understanding of all production stages and in-depth knowledge of multimedia technology;
- Expertise in project management tools, including budgeting, scheduling, critical path analysis, and risk logs;
- Expertise in MS Office (Word and Excel), macOS (Keynote), and Google Workspace;
- Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written (you will regularly communicate with English-speaking clients in this role).
