Additional Information
The salary range for this position is $144,000USD - $216,000USD. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for commission.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Strategic Alliance Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging with AI and cloud platform partners (Microsoft, AWS, SAP, Itron, etc.), ensuring alignment with GE Vernova's growth goals in grid software, analytics, and energy management.
- Solution Development & Co-Innovation: Lead the creation of joint solutions by aligning technology roadmaps with partner platforms, enabling co-development initiatives that enhance our product offerings and support industry-specific needs.
- Go-to-Market Collaboration: Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate with internal sales and GSI (Global System Integrators) teams to bring new solutions to market, focusing on customer acquisition, expansion, and revenue growth.
- Executive Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with partner executives, securing their commitment to collaborative goals and facilitating regular executive briefings and strategy sessions.
- Alliance Program Development: Build and enhance structured partner programs to streamline partner onboarding, training, and enablement, ensuring our ecosystem is primed for rapid deployment and customer success.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align joint initiatives with GE Vernova's product strategy and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development focused on software partnerships, particularly in the context of AI, ML, or cloud applications within an industrial or utilities/energy setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-party alliances, including experience with go-to-market and marketplace strategies that drive measurable results.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AI/ML applications and cloud technologies in industry settings, with a proven ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling presentations, solution briefs, and customer stories that articulate clear value propositions.
