YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Measurement Lead to join Redbox, Crossmedia's analytics and business intelligence team. We are an integrated analytics practice that empowers our clients to make media investment decisions by understanding the dynamic between building their brands and driving performance.
Our clients look to us to design media measurement that holds media accountable, informs budget optimization, and quantifies business impact. As a Measurement Lead you will drive day to day analytics excellence for our clients. You will help promote data driven decision making across the agency and with our clients.
You will partner with senior clients to translate their business objectives into actionable measurement frameworks. These include identifying the right metrics to measure, selecting and executing an analytics methodology, and developing an optimization plan. Crossmedia's measurement solutions determine incrementality, are holistic (cross channel and full funnel), and focus on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics. The Measurement Lead will interpret results, provide insight, and determine a recommended course of action. You will bring measurement to life for our clients through storytelling, data visualization, and reporting.

Location: We are ideally seeking a candidate who has proximity to our NY office. We offer a hybrid setting with working onsite at our NYC office, as well as the flexibility to work from home.
Salary: $160,000 - $220,000. Commensurate with experience. Compensation is determined on the skills, qualifications, certifications, tenure in the industry and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop strong relationships with clients built on trust and expertise.
- Advise clients on measurement best practices and any evolving trends.
- Create and maintain actionable measurement frameworks leveraging advanced analytical approaches.
- Transform data into engaging visuals and compelling stories. You will bring data and research to life for clients and choose the best visuals and mediums to deliver the message.
- You will be the expert in senior client meetings. You are expected to guide the discussion, present findings and recommendations, and simplify advanced analytics.
- Work with our media team to understand historical media performance, optimal media budget, and allocate budget across multiple media channels
- Mentor and help junior team members to learn and grow.
REQUIREMENTS
- 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics and measurement
- Hands on experience with media measurement approaches including marketing mix modelling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), experimentation, and brand lift studies.
- Knowledge of statistical techniques (multivariate regression, optimization, clustering, forecasting)
- Understanding of the media measurement landscape: who the key players are along with the pros and cons of each.
- Experience creating data visualizations in support of decision making and data storytelling in platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Familiarity with programming languages is a plus (R, Python, dbt, SQL) is a plus
