You Are:

The BeyondTrust Incident Analyst role will work in the Cyber SCRM team in the CISO organization. We are seeking a person to triage, review and process tickets submitted for the BeyondTrust privilege management tool.

The Work:
  • Conduct a thorough review of the tickets submitted through the BeyondTrust privilege management tool. Tickets are related to privilege escalation requests from AFS employees and must be thoroughly vetted.
  • Ticket review and assessment includes but is not limited to gathering information from business users, understanding AFS environment architecture and security policies, reviewing security and compliance documentation, generating a recommendation on actions for the submitted tickets and escalating issues to the C-SCRM team.
  • Research, collaborate and contribute with other teams within IT and Security to identify changes to business needs and business process optimization.

Here's What You Need:
  • US Citizen
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business or Risk Management (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of Risk Management, Security Assessment, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Security Risk Management, IT management and risk frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and refining technical and business operational processes.
  • Innovative problem solving, research, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to polish
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and Office Suite

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. Accenture Federal Services offers a wide variety of benefits. You can find more information on benefits here. We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:

$62,100-$120,000 USD
