Description:

Conversational Systems Solutions Architect will work as a key member of practice team and support multiple client engagements across industries. Will be responsible for solution design and architecture involving the conversational technologies and integration with enterprise systems and data sources.

Responsibilities:
• Will be responsible for defining enterprise level conversational technologies roadmap and adoption strategy for customers
• Will be responsible for evaluating different conversational platforms and technologies for our customer needs and recommending the best fit for them aligning to their future vision and strategy
• Will be responsible for defining, shaping and delivering solutions involving conversational technologies (Chat/Text/Voice/Vision/AR/VR) that are innovative, engaging, usable, useful, consistent and seamless across channels and solve a true customer need.
• Perform analysis of real usage data & feedback to help in Ux optimization of the design and increase usage, experience and engagement
• Design and envision future conversational solutions iteratively in a dynamic environment by being mindful of how the experience will evolve over time
• Work collaboratively with various teams across geographies and contribute to build, evangelize conversational UI architecture best practices, re-usable assets and solutions
• Expected to travel to assigned customers/engagements
• Based on Customer specific requirements and use cases, architect solutions and end to end ownership of iterating and ensuring the solutions are deployed and fit for purpose
• Architect solutions which are intuitive, interoperable, extensible, scalable and are continuously learning and improving
• Travel on short notice to customer meetings and engagements (average 50%)
• Develop re-usable artifacts, assets, best practices, thought leadership and Point of views related to Conversational experiences

Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (4 Yrs) in related discipline (Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Sciences, Interaction Design or equivalent field)
• Experience in using NLP platforms and APIs from Apple, Google, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM and other niche enterprise vendors operating in conversational and AI technologies.
• Experience in HTML5, Hybrid applications and frameworks such as PhoneGap (Cordova), JQueryMobile, Node JS, Angular JS, React JS, Simplicity JS, Seed.
• Good solution experience on Industry standard design patterns such as MVC, SOA, REST/JSON, containers/docker and SOAP/XML
• Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice
• Experience in Core Java, J2EE, Spring DI, ORM, JDBC, AOP, MVC 3 or above
• Hands on Experience in architecting/developing mobile based solutions involving chat/text, voice, vision, AR/VR on iOS or Android platforms
• Good solution expertise on cloud deployment strategies and techniques
• Hands on experience in integration with enterprise systems and data stores
• Should be a team player with good communication, presentation and Negotiation skills
• Should have demonstrated experience in any one of the key architect roles (solution architects, technical architects, Ux architects, Integration Architects)
• Deep understanding and working experience on AI algorithms and Machine Learning techniques
• Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, Industry solutions, reference architecture, design, development and QA best practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders (senior executives, operations, customer service & partners)
