Essential Functions:
  • Drive operational and strategic business opportunities to drive opportunities to Bid/No Bid.
  • Establish and maintain customer relationship management initiatives to enhance customer engagement and attain optimum probability of win (Pwin).
  • Develop and manage a segmented pipeline valued at >$200M.
  • Develop Go-to-market and customer engagement strategies designed to achieve annual revenue targets set by leadership.
  • Support strategic captures ($50M+ or as assigned).
  • Assisting Capture during early shaping, Blue Team, and customer engagement.
  • Identify and analyze market trends and opportunities for business growth.
  • Develop and present Gate review artifacts to company executives for approval.
  • Manage, track, and oversee actionable business development key performance indicators (KPI) (Deal Flow, Pipeline Aging, Opportunity Velocity, Qualification Rate, etc.) to support pipeline health.
  • Must have the ability to target, pursue, and qualify winnable opportunities >$25M.
  • Collaborate with senior executives, portfolio/program management, and capture lead(s) to develop customer-focused, responsive, winning proposals.

Education/Skills/Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 10+ years of BD experience with increasing levels of responsibility.

Desired Knowledge/Skills:
  • Strong experience, networking, and engagement in Federal Civilian agencies and Department of Defense branches is preferred.
  • Deep experience and demonstrated success leveraging Navy SeaPort-NxG, GSA OASIS+, and GSA STARS III contract vehicles into existing customer space is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead matrix multi-disciplined teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate tasks and objectives to varying audiences.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with the government-wide acquisition contract (GWAC) task order process is preferred.
  • Experience with joint venture (JV) arrangements is preferred.
