This is an office-based position.
Responsibilities
- Understands and drives all / most aspects of base wealth product implementations
- Can offer a diagnosis as it relates to client problems and offer solutions that don't currently exist.
- Oversee technical delivery of releases to iPipeline clients
- Responsible for providing estimates on level of effort, scope, and milestones.
- Responsible for translating the customer's business requirements into technical requirements.
- Demo wealth product functionality to customers, end users and company management, and take technical information and translate it to be understood by various audiences
- Lead joint solution design sessions directly with client team members, identifying potential solutions and scope for consideration, and/or troubleshooting known issues.
- Assess the business impact of certain technical choices and inform various stakeholders about any issues with the current technical solutions being implemented.
- Strong communication and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively engage and cultivate relationships with internal and external teams to promote effective collaboration and improvements.
- Guide and promote best practices
- Drive positive change.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in the technical implementation of software solutions
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Ability to self-manage time and workload
- Excellent analytical, system design, written, verbal, and customer communication skills
- Ability to gather and translate requirements
- Candidates must be permanently authorized to work in the US
Preferred Qualifications
- Wealth Management industry knowledge
- Experience working in Jira, SQL Server, Office 365, Postman, Swagger
- Basic understanding of workflow engines (iGrafx, Vizio)
- Knowledge of agile scrum methodology
