3-5 Must Haves?

1. Experience developing a training framework and approach that supports the degree of change for the organization.
2. ?Experience managing and supporting teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans.
3. Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies.
4. Develop Training/supporting materials and delivery OCM training to the organization; both formal and informal learning events.

Required Skills : * Certification(s) a plus: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh * OCM skills * Proven technical training experience (including audience analysis through execution of training plan) * Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization * Strong technical skill/competency gap analysis and learning solutions mapping in collaboration with third party vendors (MS, Web Age. Google etc.) * Experience with large scale technical training and upskilling rollouts/journeys a plus * Strong project management skills * Effectively work autonomously and deliver on time, with quality * Proven problem solving and organizational skills
