Required Skills : * Certification(s) a plus: PROSCI, Change Guide or LaMarsh * OCM skills * Proven technical training experience (including audience analysis through execution of training plan) * Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate information to customers and to all levels within the organization * Strong technical skill/competency gap analysis and learning solutions mapping in collaboration with third party vendors (MS, Web Age. Google etc.) * Experience with large scale technical training and upskilling rollouts/journeys a plus * Strong project management skills * Effectively work autonomously and deliver on time, with quality * Proven problem solving and organizational skills

- Experience developing a training framework and approach that supports the degree of change for the organization.
- ?Experience managing and supporting teams in integrating change management and training activities into their project plans.
- Coordinate, conduct, and measure training deployment and competencies.
- Develop Training/supporting materials and delivery OCM training to the organization; both formal and informal learning events.
