Digital Marketing Strategy Consultant

Location: any US location, candidate must be open for extensive travel to client sites on weekly basis

Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing Thought Leader who engages with CXO/SVP/VP/Director level audience in customer organization
• Orchestrate and articulate digital transformation business value proposition, involving multiple digital work streams, to customers
• Provide consulting to large digital transformation initiatives to conduct digital maturity model assessments, create digital transformation roadmap to move the maturity model
• Analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies in automation tools integration with other products of Marketing Cloud.
• Provide Architectural guidance and best practices
• Perform feasibility studies / proof-of-concept development, translate requirements into an appropriate design, incorporating technical detail
• Identify conflicting business practices and integration issues, suggesting alternative solutions / collaborating with stakeholders for buy-in/approval

Mandatory Skills:
• Minimum of 15 years of work experience
• Should have experience in defining Marketing strategies and deliver customer consulting on all aspects of Integrated Marketing solutions
• Should have experience business and technology consulting in latest Marketing Cloud technologies
• Should have experience in digital transformation delivery methodologies
• Should have experience in executing digital transformation initiatives involving technical implementation and configuration of Adobe Campaign or IBM Campaign (Unica)/Watson Campaign Automation
• Should have strong knowledge of Personalization (web, email, mobile) technologies and the associated tools like IBM Interact or Adobe Target
• Should have strong knowledge in Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence for campaign management
• Should have strong experience in digital integration of Front office and back-end enterprise systems
• Excellent understanding of Marketing processes like Marketing Campaign Management, Marketing Resource / Workflow Management, Marketing Performance Management
• Strong experience in IBM Campaign (Unica), IBM Interact or Adobe Campaign

Preferred but not mandatory skills:
• Good understanding of BigData analytics, AI and Blockchain concepts and come up new innovative solutions in Campaign Management domain
• Knowledge of any ETL / Data Integration Tools
• Knowledge of Web Content Management systems (primarily Adobe AEM, Sitecore, Drupal)
• Knowledge of AWS, MS Azure Cloud technologies
• Working knowledge of all applicable data privacy regulations and policies as they relate to both firm and client/contact data for example GDPR/CsAN-SPAM ACT law
