We are seeking a Director, Product Led Growth to join our team and lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, activation, conversion, and upsell/cross sell through the optimization of our product-led growth (PLG) efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a highly cross functional team developing and executing initiatives that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of our entire product led customer acquisition life cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive PLG strategy as part of a broader hybrid GTM motion that drives customer acquisition, activation, conversion, and upsell/cross sell opportunities
- Formulate, test and optimize pricing and packaging strategies that drives in product conversion
- Lead a cross functional team developing and executing product led initiatives across the entire customer life cycle, from acquisition to retention
- Work closely with the product, UX and engineering teams to identify and prioritize features that will drive customer acquisition, activation and conversion in product
- Identify opportunities to optimize land and expand synergies with direct sales motion
- Partner with the marketing, sales and customer success teams to develop effective campaigns that support customer acquisition and retention goals.
- Analyze user behavior and customer feedback to develop data-driven hypotheses for improving product acquisition and activation
- Continuously measure and optimize PLG initiatives and campaigns through testing and data analysis.
- Work with a diverse PLG tech stack including Heap, Pendo, Intercom, Marketo, Catalyst and internal customer data platforms
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing and/or product management roles, with a strong focus on PLG, PLS and growth initiatives
- Strong exposure and PLG experiences in B2B enterprise SaaS companies, ideally alongside a hybrid GTM motion that includes direct enterprise sales
- Experience leading high-performing cross functional growth teams
- Strong understanding of self service customer acquisition and conversion strategies, including in product activation, onboarding, and upsell/cross
- Demonstrated success in improving product adoption and retention through data-driven hypothesis testing
- Strong analytical data skills and experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Experience working with product, UX and engineering teams to develop and prioritize features that drive customer engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse functions and teams
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science/technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS company required
- Website Technology and/or Digital Marketing experience a plus

Compensation: Conductor maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs.
The NYC base salary range for this role is currently $175,000 - $220,000. Actual base salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
Variable compensation: In addition to the base salary, this role is also eligible for a 20% corporate bonus.
