Work you'll do
Practitioner would provide end-user assistance to the user-community for a range of functional issues. The practitioner would be responsible for the intake, investigation, escalation, and resolution of user inquires. The practitioner will interact with customer's on a daily basis and collaborate in a team environment to identify solutions to common system issues.
