Corporate Partnership Intern

What you will do:


Assist with Bloomington Bison Game Day responsibilities within the Partnerships department, including but not limited to:

  • Assist with pregame hospitality duties
  • Help with greeting partners and escorting to designated areas in the arena
  • Responsible for aspects of team and partner activation setup and breakdown
  • Support all partnership pre-game and in-game initiatives
  • Assist with tracking gameday signage and other assets for recap purposes
  • Support full-time staff and other tasks as assigned
Assist with Corporate Partnership special event (non-Game Day) responsibilities including but not limited to:
  • Help with gathering and delivering event needs
  • Communicate with other departments and assist with planning and tracking sponsored elements
  • Aid with mascot & intern team appearances at sponsor activations and suites
  • Responsible for aspects of team and partner event setup and breakdown
  • Support full-time staff and other tasks as assigned
You will need:
  • Able to receive college credit for your internship
  • Attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor and presentation
  • Positive and customer service-oriented attitude
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible work hours - must commit to working the majority of the Bloomington Bison season. Office hours are offered between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Please note: Interns are paid $50 for game day shifts. Office hours and community events are unpaid. This is not a remote opportunity; applicants must be local to the Bloomington-Normal area during the season.
