Practice details are as follows: BC/BE Urology Robotics surgery training or experience highly desirable OR license or license eligible Provide Urological services to 3 hospitals in the area Year 1: Guaranteed base salary $450,000 Year 2: Compensation the higher of: The guaranteed base salary or $/wRVU-based salary + performance incentives up to 16% of base salary $50,000 signing bonus $15,000 relocation assistance $7,000 annual CME allowance 30 days PTO per year Excellent health, dental, vision, and retirement benefits
