Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Location: Humboldt County, CA; northernmost part of the state Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing; must make a minimum 3 month commitment Schedule/Shift: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm; 3 month minimum commitment; Extensions are possible and providers willing to stay long term will be given preference Volume: 15-20 patients per day Requirements: * Active, unrestricted License from Any U.S. State or Territory * Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible Family Practice or IM Doctor * Clean Background, DEA, Malpractice, and NPDB * Able to commit to 3 months, full-time * Must submit updated CV with response to posting * Must be committed to rural, tribal and underserved populations healthcare Travel & Lodging provided Malpractice Insurance provided Rate: $150/hour
