Abington - Lansdale Hospital, Jefferson Health, located in Lansdale Pennsylvania, is currently accepting candidates for a full-time Day Hospitalist position. This location has an open ICU with dedicated Intensivist. So no procedures required. Jefferson Lansdale Hospital is a 140-bed, acute care general hospital providing a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient healthcare services. The facility includes a 24-hour emergency department , an 18-bed Orthopedic and Spine Institute , a Pain Center , Sleep Center and Wound Care Center . Home to over 700 employees, Jefferson Lansdale Hospital has a staff of more than 300 active physicians. Physicians are supported by a dedicated team of professional nurses who draw from years of clinical experience and training. Jefferson Lansdale Hospital is located just outside of Lansdale, Pennsylvania, approximately 24 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Nestled in the heart of Montgomery County, Lansdale is one of the six boroughs that make up the area known as North Penn, one of the region's most prosperous and desirable locations. Under the indirect supervision of the Director, Department of Medicine Hospitalists/ Chairman, Department of Medicine, the Hospitalist will be responsible for providing direct in-patient care to various population ranges of patients. Patient population ranges from adolescent through late adulthood. Qualified candidates will be MD/DO, eligible for license to practice Medicine in state of Pennsylvania.
