* Reason for Coverage: Gap in coverage, as other pathologist is leaving for another opportunity
* Dates of Coverage: Starting September 30th- ongoing while they recruit for a perm provider.
* Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Mon through Fri., 8:00am - 5:00pm
* Call Schedule: Weekly (alternate week), start at Friday 5:00 pm, finish at next Friday 8:00am
* Call Ratio: every other week
* What Type(s) of Certification Does Your Laboratory Hold (CLIA, CAP, etc.)?CLIA
* Approx. Number of Cases Read Per Day: 35-50- volume will be split with 2 pathologists
* What Will Be the Locum Tenen Physician s Responsibility for the Clinical Lab (Blood Bank, etc.)?Yes supervise clinical laboratory, need AP/CP certified pathologist
* Will the Locum Provider Be Responsible for Grossing Their Own Specimens? Yes
* Will the Locum Provider Be Cutting Their Own Frozen Sections on the Cryostat? Yes
