Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Planet Healthcare is actively seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine trained physician to join a growing practice located in Plymouth, Indiana. Near the University of Notre Dame . Outpatient Family Medicine (safety net clinic) with two physicians and one nurse practitioner. This position is OB-optional. Opportunities for teaching Family Medicine residents clinical teaching and supervision J1 and H1B Visas friendly opportunity. Job Description: * Schedule is Monday through Friday * Conventional Family Medicine practice treating chronic disease management; dressing changes; sutures; biopsies; pap smears; joint injection/aspiration * Basic laboratory services are available and basic procedures such as skin tag and mole removal, suturing, and joint injections may be performed * Treating pediatrics to geriatrics * EMR: Epic Compensation and Benefits: * Relocation provided * Malpractice paid by corporation, including tail insurance * Health/dental/vision/disability/life insurance/retirement benefits * 27 days off per year; 7 holidays; 5 days and $3,000 for CME * $3,000 per year for professional journals, dues, and memberships
