Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, delivering exceptional client service.
- Possess a deep understanding of insurance needs to effectively communicate and explain coverage to clients.
- Evaluate and assess clients' insurance requirements, offering tailored coverage recommendations and preparing accurate quotes.
- Assist clients with the claims process, ensuring a seamless and efficient resolution.
- Stay informed on industry trends and insurance products to provide clients with up-to-date, expert advice.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and regular communication.
- Hold a valid Property & Casualty State Insurance License.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with diverse clients.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Customer-focused with a genuine passion for assisting others.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with insurance software and CRM systems.
- Willingness to pursue professional designations (e.g., CISR, CIC).
