Construction APM - $5M Dover NH - Residential Project - Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading project management efforts while coordinating with client, architects, and engineers
- Help oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more
- Help lead potential business development meetings and proposals
- Travel is minimal, mostly revolving around client meetings or job site visits every so often
- Meet with C-level and board executives to review office standings and future needs
Profile
Construction APM - $5M Dover NH - Residential Project - Successful Candidate:
- 2+ years of experience in the Construction Industry, preferably experience with higher education or life science
- Demonstrates readiness for listed responsibilities
- Have strong tenure at past firms you have been employed with
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Experience with Procore and/or other construction industry softwares
