The Director of Marketing advocates for customers and potential customers with everything we do. Responsible for crafting breakthrough, relevant Go-To-Market plans, this person will be a dynamic and strategic leader who brings energy and passion into the business and who will encourage and inspire collaboration among a broad and diverse team.
Responsibilities- Represent the voice of the customer, keeping the brand, brand voice and Go-To-Market plans laser focused on solving their problems and delivering a great experience.
- Deliver compelling, differentiated, and relevant storytelling to elevate the CASE brand position in North America across everything we do.
- Develop overarching Go-To-Market strategy for CASE Construction Equipment in North America - identifying the key segments, customers and key products and services to deliver the regions business goals.
- Lead the marketing team in crafting strategic campaigns to drive awareness and consideration among key customer groups generating leads for the dealer network - including advertising, PR, social media, trade shows and dealer integrations.
- Build cohesive product launch Go-To-Market plans, to not only connect with customers but also to ensure key stakeholders (internal and external) have the knowledge and skills to support.
- Lead the team in ensuring seamless communication plans for internal and dealer audiences.
- Collaborate on identifying and crafting sales enablement materials critical in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Elevate CASE's digital experience ensuring the brand website delivers a modern customer experience.
- Identify sales and dealer incentives programs to drive competitiveness in the marketplace.
- Influence and elevate dealer network marketing strategies by providing coordinated campaign solutions and turnkey execution elements for dealer partners to use.
Team Leadership
- Build, manage and mentor an impactful marketing team ensuring unified approaches and cohesive collaboration.
- Influence colleagues across the business to set goals ensuring effective use of resources and simplified interactions with customers and dealers.
- Integrate across business units with colleagues in Parts, Service, Technology and other areas of the business critical to the regions' success.
- Agile and adept at doing a lot with limited resources.
- Partner with global counterparts to elevate brand position around the world.
- Cooperate with Commercial Training team to guide development of sales training materials to allow effective communication of product value, features and benefits to the field sales team & dealer network.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
- Preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.
- Bachelor(s) degree in related field (preferred Business/Marketing/Communications or Agriculture)
- 10+ years of proven experience in a variety of marketing, product management, communications, or sales positions
- 5+ years of leadership experience leading team members in marketing, product management, communications, or events management

The annual salary for this role is $174,075 - $232,100 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
