Responsibilities: • Draft Pleadings, including Complaints, Motions, Discovery Requests, Subpoenas, Orders, and Affidavits, under the guidance of a lawyer • Communicate with Clients and other parties to provide updates and gather information • Maintain Client files • Schedule case events, such as hearings, mediations and depositions • File Pleadings with Court • Track and monitor Court filings • Communicate with Family Court, as needed • Interview witnesses • Review financial documents and prepare Financial Affidavits and spreadsheets • Trial preparation • Involvement with all aspects of a Family Law case Every member of our Team must follow our SMART Core Values which include: Service, Mindfulness, Authenticity, Responsibility, and Truth.
