Debug Technician

Job Title: Debug Technician Pay: $18 - $20.70/hr Job Description We manufacture data servers for a large distribution company, ensuring a stable and long-term business. Our facility is clean, mostly temperature-controlled, and metal-free. No metal is allowed on the production floor, and all personnel must go through metal detectors. Composite shoes are required from Day 1. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies within the manufacturing operation. Handle units with workmanship or technical errors. Operate electronic test equipment and conduct special tests as required. Analyze software, test, protocol, and script logs to diagnose and verify reasons for test failures. Verify causes for failures and determine whether to send for repair or retest. Provide technical assistance, feedback, and guidance to other technical personnel and departments. Collaborate with engineers on functionality issues and procedure updates. Assist with the installation, debug, and validation of process equipment. Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor. Essential Skills Experience in general production, assembly, and mechanical assembly. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Strong troubleshooting skills in electronics and electrical assemblies. Ability to debug and perform electrical troubleshooting. Experience with panel wiring. Must be able to speak and read English. Work Environment The facility operates on 2nd and 3rd shifts with a 15% shift differential. The working hours are Sunday to Thursday from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am. The facility is metal-free, and composite shoes are required from Day 1. The environment is clean and mostly temperature-controlled.
