You'll be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve business goals.This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our fast-growing fintech company. As a Performance Marketing Manager, your efforts will directly drive business growth by optimizing our online presence, increasing customer acquisition, and boosting engagement. Your data-driven strategies will enhance visibility across digital platforms, ensuring our products reach and resonate with the right audience.This role is hybrid (2 days in office) based in San Francisco, California.Responsibilities:Campaign Management: Lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social media, and other digital channels to drive traffic, lead generation, and conversions.Data-Driven Optimization: Leverage analytics and performance data to make real-time adjustments, maximizing ROI and reducing customer acquisition costs.Cross-Channel Strategy: Develop and implement multi-channel strategies that align with the overall marketing goals and core audience segmentation.Collaboration: Work closely with the global performance, strategy, commercial, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with broader marketing objectives.Budget Management: Manage performance marketing budgets, making data-backed recommendations to optimize spending and improve campaign efficiency.Reporting & Analysis: Produce detailed performance reports, identifying trends and insights to continuously improve campaigns and inform future strategies.Test & Learn: Conduct A/B tests on creative, targeting, and landing pages to continually improve performance.Who you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.Minimum qualifications:5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid digital campaignsExpertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and programmatic advertising platformsStrong understanding of data analytics, conversion optimization, and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, etc.)Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and reporting skills with an emphasis on presenting performance data and actionable insightsPreferred qualifications:Experience in a pre-IPO, startup environmentExperience collaborating with global teamsExperience being highly autonomous and self-motivatedEqual opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
