DevOps ManagerReinsurance FirmLocation: Manhattan, New YorkRole Overview: The DevOps Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cloud infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, Micro Services, Microsoft 365 SaaS, and Citrix Cloud. Expertise in development release, IaC, and cloud automation is essential to ensure efficient and reliable operations.Key Responsibilities:Act as a DevOps subject matter expert, providing guidance to stakeholders.Design and maintain DevOps pipelines for build, test, deployment, and monitoring.Collaborate to implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.Develop IaC and automate Azure services through Azure DevOps pipeline.Document and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and configurations.Develop system images for VDI, Server, VM, and Endpoint devices.Ensure security and compliance of cloud environments.Manage and optimize Kubernetes clustersWrite technical documentation and DR Runbook.Requirements:7+ years in a DevOps role or related.3+ years DevOps leadership experience.Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Micro Services, Office 365.Experience with SDLC, deployment pipelines, and Agile methodologies.Knowledgeable of network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, NAT, and VPN.Cloud automation tools: Terraform, Azure Automation, or Ansible.Experience using Kubernetes (microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration).Familiarity with IIS, SQL, Apache, Nginx, Envoy.Work Schedule:Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office, 2 remoteCompensation:Anticipated salary of $160k-180k plus bonusBenefits packageCompetitive PTOEOE Statement: Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
