Paid Time Off (PTO), Holidays, 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan, Employee Referral Program, Professional Certification Incentive Program, Hill University Learning and Development, Tuition Reimbursement, EAP, Years of Service Awards Program.Agreement Management:Draft, review, and manage a wide range of third-party agreements, including utility agreement vendor contracts, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and licensing agreementsEnsure that all agreements are executed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and state policiesMaintain a centralized repository of all executed agreements, ensuring easy access and trackingRegularly review and update agreements to reflect changes in business needs, legal requirements, or industry standardsRisk Mitigation:Identify and assess potential legal and contractual risks associated with third-party agreementsDevelop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the company's interestsConduct due diligence on potential third-party partners to ensure their financial stability and reputationCompliance:Ensure that all third-party agreements comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standardsStay up to date on changes in legal and regulatory requirements that may impact third-party agreementsProvide guidance and training to employees on third-party agreement complianceUtility Providers and Vendor Management:Manage relationships with third parties, ensuring that they are meeting their contractual obligationsResolve disputes and issues that may ariseMonitor performance and evaluate their suitability for continued business relationshipsContract Negotiation:Recommend terms and conditions of third-party agreements to achieve favorable terms for the ProgramBalance the Program's interests with the needs of third-party partners to build strong relationshipsCollaboration:Work closely with various subject matter experts within the GEC to understand their business needs and identify appropriate third-party agreementsCollaborate with Washington State’s legal counsel and contracts team to ensure that agreements are legally sound and compliantPosting Date: 2024-10-21
