Description

  • Analyzing and coordinating the schedule, timeline, and procurement for a project
  • Managing the budget and ensuring projects stay within budget
  • Leading and guiding technical staff
  • Managing stakeholder communications and interacting with senior leaders
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • Ensuring the quality of all assemblies and that the project meets standards
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and compliant with laws and regulations
  • Reallocating resources to areas of the project that need them
  • Serving as a point of contact for the client or customer

Profile

  • 3+ years' experience in Construction Project Management
  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • OSHA certification preferred
  • Project management software proficient
  • Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff
  • Local to the Phoenix market with experience building in the space, but relocators will be considered as well
